Technical Support Specialist I
County of Lancaster
Duties include but not limited to providing end-user technical support, entering and following up on work orders in the Help Desk system, and having a level of proficiency to conduct troubleshooting procedures with the customer over the telephone and through remote tools.
Full-time position with benefits. Excellent customer service skills required.
Four-year degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
Drivers license and background check required.
